More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Also included in this latest image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
